Dinner & A Movie: (Ages 13+) Min. 6, Max. 12
Enjoy a night out with us! This program includes dinner with your friends and admission to a 7:00 pm movie. What a great deal! All movies will be age-appropriate and will be rated PG or PG-13. All participants must attend the same movie as the group.

Fitness Friends (13 and older)
This class invites teens and adults with cognitive and physical disabilities to exercise in the Wellness Center. Trained staff will create and carry out programs to meet the strength, cardiovascular and flexibility needs of the individual. Maximum of 10.

projects like jewelry making, homemade candles, card making, stamping and much more! Held in the Sr. Center. Minimum of 5 participants.

A Korean martial art with self-defense applications using a guidance of disciplines. This is an inclusive environment. We invite individuals of all abilities to join us. Held in the Multi-Generational Room. Minimum of 10, maximum of 25.

So your brother or sister has special needs? Sibshops may just be for you! Boring lectures or talks? No way! Sibshops are a fun, safe, confidential environment filled with unique games, cooking activities and recreation mixed in with information and discussion.
