Intro To Pilates: (Ages 13+)
Learn the techniques and essential exercises used in Pilates Mat classes. If an Intro Class does not fit into your schedule, you may take the introductory package to get ready for the regular Pilates Mat class.

Pilates Mat:
Benefits all fitness levels. Emphasis is on core stability, strengthening abdominal and back muscles to help posture and balance. Must take introductory class first or have pilates experience.

Intro to Yoga: (Ages 13+)
This class is designed to meet the needs of the beginning yoga student. We will learn the basics of breath work and beginning yoga poses while gaining flexibility and strength. Also learning that the practice of yoga is about listening to your body and accepting where we are right now.
Monday.....5:30 -6:30 pm

Yoga:
Learn yoga postures that feature strength and flexibility.
Intro: For the beginning yoga student.
Basics: Focus is on breathing, poses and relaxation.
Continuing: Strengthening poses and alignment while moving fluidly from one pose to another. Not recommended if you have never taken yoga before.
Restorative: Class focused on relieving fatigue and stress, and promoting well being through yoga postures, breathing and meditation techniques. This supported and conscious body/mind relaxation promotes a calmness and balance.

This innovative combination of Yoga and Pilates is designed to give you the best of both worlds with stretching and strengthening.

                  PILATES PRIVATE TRAINING
                   (By Appointment Only)

Introductory Package: This package consists of 3, 1 hour private sessions with a pilates trainer who will do a postural assessment and start you on a program designed specifically for you. (One time only, then you need to sign up for the private sessions.)
