Tae Kwon Do: (Ages 6+)
A Korean martial art with self-defense applications using a guidance of disciplines. Held in the Multi-Generational Room. Minimum of 10, maximum of 25.
Monday    5:00 - 6:00 pm
Fall I:  $45 for all
Fall II: $45 for all

Tai Chi Chih:
This series of graceful movements takes little coordination and is suitable for people of any age. When done successfully, the result is renewed physical and mental energy, and a feeling of well-being.

Tai Chi & Kung Fu: (Ages 13+)
Chinese Martial Arts with self-defense applications. Improve your vitality, body condition and fitness level through traditional forms and exercises.
