Group Cycling:
A high energy, cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike. A cycling schedule will be posted every month with the following formats: Base Endurance, High Endurance, Intense Intervals, Extensive Intervals, Race Day.
Cycling Circuits:
It’s the best of two great workouts...cycling and circuit training. Burn calories and build strength in this class designed for all fitness levels. It’s also a great way for those new to cycling to get started.
Cycle Plus Yoga:
The same high energy cycling workout, with yoga inspired stretches that will leave you feeling lengthened and relaxed.
New For Fall! Cycle Plus Core:
The same high energy cycling workout, finishing with back and abdominal strength work.
