Fall I & II CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Cardio Blast:
Saturday workouts that alternate between the cardio favorites of Turbo Kick, Zumba, Cardio Dance and Cardio Fusion.
Cardio Dance:
Come experience this aerobic dance class. Accommodates different fitness and skill levels.
Shape Express:
Thirty minute classes designed to concentrate on toning and shaping your body with special focus on the core.
Shape Express - Exercise to tone and shape your body.
Active Older Adult Cardio Fitness:
A low intensity cardio workout followed by a strength, flexibility segment. Geared for those new to exercise and mature adults.
NEW! Hip Hop Hustle:
Perfect class for anyone who wants to move like a dancer! This dynamic, yet basic approach is designed to meet the needs of everyone in the room, while transforming your body.
Step ‘n Strength:
Step movement patterns to get your heart pumping and total body conditioning.
Super Circuits:
Class combines cardio and strength training into one workout using tools, drills and games.
Turbo Kick:
Interval format that combines martial arts and simple dance moves with great music!
NEW! Body Vive:
A whole body, low-impact to moderate workout that uses a fitness ball, tubing, and your body weight to boost fitness and core strength. Great music and dance themes creating a dynamic fitness class.
Zumba:
A fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes creating a dynamic fitness class.
NEW! Zumba Gold:
Performed at a lower intensity, not as fast, but just as fun! Same great Latin styles of music and dance. Takes physical issues into consideration and strives to improve balance, strength, flexibility and the heart.
