Chair Fitness:
Exercise done both sitting and standing near a chair, using the chair for balance and support. Includes stretching, light to moderate aerobic exercise and strengthening.
Located in the Senior Center.

Gentle Move & Stretch:

A gentle form of yoga, practiced sitting in a chair, or standing using chair for support. Promotes quiet reflection, better posture, increased flexibility and proper breathing. Located in the Mind, Body Studio.

Tai Chi Chih:
This form of Tai Chi consists of a series of graceful movements that takes little coordination and is suitable for people of any age. Located in the Mind, Body Studio.

Zumba Gold:
Performed at a lower intensity, not as fast, but just as fun! Same great Latin styles of music and dance. Takes physical issues into consideration and strives to improve balance, strength, flexibility and the heart.

Senior Swim and/or Walking Program:
Enjoy swimming, exercising or socializing in a warm water therapy pool. Or begin walking on your own or with friends on an indoor walking/running track with a safe, comfortable walking surface. (Program is not led by an instructor.)
